Start with yourself, and then go from there. Be the best person you can be. Do kind things for others and yourself. Try and make a difference by being a light to others. Maybe others will want to turn away from the darkness and also make this world a better place.

If you have a better grasp of important truths than the world does, you just keep talking and writing. You'll get told to shut up a lot. And censored. You'll get called nasty names, too. And somebody might want to hurt you for not going with the flow of "acceptable" ideas. Just keep on teaching the truth, and for every 1000 times someone spits at you, you'll make 1 convert.
The idea is to get out, get spit on a lot, and make that convert. Eventually, you'll have gathered the nucleus of a discipleship, who can (if they'll work at it) continue your work. Changing the world might not be doable in your lifetime, but you should be able to get the process started.
Never forget, though, that your ONLY source of power, at first, is the fact that you are RIGHT. And that means that you can never afford to compromise the truth. The political enemies that you will gather will seek out any little inconsistency in your words, and they will watch for any lie. And they'll make sure that any logical defects they find are told and retold endlessly among the public.
Sure, they're hypocrites because they lie all the time and they don't worry much about the consistency of their statements. But THEY are the POPULAR ones! They have political correctness on their side! They have the momentum of mass indoctrination going for them. You don't have those things. So you must stick with the truth, and not try to hide any unpleasant truths that there might be among them, because the truth is your only source of moral authority and persuasive power.
As long as you never lie or obfuscate, but promote your ideas because they are true, your enemies will be left willy nilly trying to conflate the unpleasantness, which any large truth is bound to have simply because nature is sometimes harsh, with falsehood. Your counter to that is to show, in detail, that your opponents are lying when they represent these unpleasant truths as lies. Keep pecking away thus, and you'll accrue a small gain in influence each time you do it.

There are many, many ways to change the world; write a book, start a political and social revolt, invent something useful and life changing, have a Great Idea. Solve a problem in philosophy. Get The O'Reilly Factor cancelled. So many possibilities.

The 'paradoxical theory of change' is that before change can be accomplished, reality must first be experienced.
Changing the world assumes that others will agree with what exists and what it should change to. It assumes that others will agree on the path to accomplish that change. You are likely to find this not to be the case.
You may find some success through leading by example.

To change the world, start with oneself from there, it’s just a hop, skip and jump to the rest of the world.

By letting it be. One changes the world by the one, each.
By this, change will ensue by fiat wrought from having to confront the sheer gravity of each one's lower nature.
And each likewise, multiplied many times over, resolves to an all but absolute change.

With a dream, a vision, and a plan. Hard work and sacrifice. If you do the right thing for the right reasons, people will notice. And think big. REALLY BIG. Because the craziest thing is, if you can dream it, you can do it.

Become famous.
Seriously.
People only pay attention to those who are famous. If you got something to say, that's the only time anybody would listen.
