I work at a desk most of my day which means i sit in front of a computer. well most days my lower neck/upper shoulders feel tense, strain, and fatigue. i have pretty good posture and i try to stretch every hour or so. what else can i do to stop this?

I like Flyleaf, Fall Out Boy, Avenged Sevenfold, and Bon Jovi. I just found a new love for Korn too! Any Korn fans out there?? My favorite oldies pop/rock bands are KC And The Sunhine Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and The Beach Boys. Haha! Any Led Zeppelin fans out there?? I love them!

so here's what happened
like two weeks ago me and my cousin [okay he isn't my REAL cousin we are no way shape or form blood related] we had sex. he's 18, i'm 14 and it was my first time. we've done it 4 more times since then. we began to get closer and closer to each other until we basically fell in love. well he told my uncle and my uncle told me that he said that i was the best he ever had and that i was really good when i blowed him. so i still love him but i'm wondering if he really loves me or did he just use me?

Men are supposed to be the head of the house but what if the wife makes more money so the dad switches roles and takes care of the kids? Is this frowned upon by other people? I would like to hear your thoughts! I'm not talking about free loaders who sit on the couch all day! The pain from my sunburn is as follows:
BITEING STING,like fire ants are attacking me.
A STABBING ITCH,like someone is drawing on my back with sharp knives,literately ripping my skin apart !
The pain shoots all the way to my inner back and back up again! Any advice from anyone? Other than "Don't get sunburned again" I'm willing to try anything!

6x(sq)-2=x
6x(sq)-2+x=0
x(6-2)(x+1)=0

searching for a 1st baseman that argued a play with the umpire meanwhile it was a safe call, the runners kept running and 2 or 3 runs scored cause he wouldn't give his teammates the ball. this happened cause he had no clue that the runners were able to run.

When I was at Taco Bell yesterday, I ordered my food and went to get my drink. Another person had just finished filling their cup and was now searching for the right sized lid and a straw. While he was doing this, I began filling my own cup with Coke. Suddenly, he turns to me and begins staring at me in an irate manner. "You separated me from my tray!" he screams, and I notice that his tray was, in fact, on the other side of me. He must have left it there temporarily while he went to look for a lid for his drink. "Huh?" I say to him. "You have come between me and my tray!" he repeats. It was as if I had separated a mother bear from her cubs. Then he began to swear at me in Spanish. I calmly continued filling my cup, apologized for any inconvenience, and went to get my meal. WTF??

The run times for each zone do not overlap and other zones are running in sequence. it's only zones 8, 9, and 10 that will all start up (within seconds) when any one of them is activated.
