She was sentenced to 45 days, which was reduced to 23 days, for violating her probation. Now, she is out after only 3 days, with electronic monitoring and house arrest. Picture her suffering there at home (I am being sarcastic). Do you think she is getting special treatment? Did she learn anything?

If it was any other person, they would still be in jail. But since she is rich and a celebrity (and I use that term loosely) she gets out of her punishment. I don't even see why people see her as a beautiful celebrity. She looks like a greyhound with a blonde wig on.

She didn't learn anything from her three day experience in jail, and being under house arrest.... at her house is nothing. Yes, she is getting special treatment because she has some money. Normal people going to jail for breaking their probation wouldn't be let out in 3 days.

The news said that the prison administration is actually counting her as staying 5 days...which isn't much better, but what can you expect from someone like her? She probably faked an illness to get out and even though she's on "house arrest" she's just gonna sneak out of the house the first chance she gets.

I was shocked to hear that she was released early. That is SO messed up and I am sure it was a set up. That "poor thing" will have to be on a 40 day house arrest. Redicilous. What can be worse than that, eh? I am sure she is going to have such a bad time there. Watching tv, calling her friends, having parties in the house, etc, etc, etc. That is so unfair.
What is her medical condition called - Allergic to jail?

Three days in jail is more than most people caught driving on a suspended licence would get. Ditto the house arrest.

I think it is stupid, she was released for "medical resasons". I can't believe they let her out, I would bet she wasn't sick, she just couldn't take the real life and the real punsihment for committing a crime. It's to bad for the hundreds if not thousands of other people who are in jail and sick. They don't get to leave and just wear an ankle braclet.

yes i think she is getting special treatment. why not let her suffer in jail like any other jailbird and let her live others lives for a while. maybe her head might become unstuck out of her butt if she did. the poor mistreated thing.....I don't feel sorry for her one dang bit. she needed a year in jail

in all honesty i could care less..people have been pissing on the girl because she is"famous"for what who knows..but the bigger issue is our judicial system..instead of people moaning and groaning how she has received preferential treatment due to her bank account and status..be proactive to change laws..there was someone in my state who was in the news today due to his 3rd drunk driving offense in 3 weeks and he is out again driving..why because there are loopholes in the law..there are people who kill people while driving drunk and get off on probation..so enough with catty remarks and hating be proactive and take these people off the streets permanently
