All General Authorities serving the LDS Church in Salt Lake City are offered a living allowance for their full-time service. While it is true that those who minister in the LDS Church on a local level (such as the bishop) are not remunerated, Doctrine and Covenants 42:71-73 says they should be.

" 71 And the elders or high priests who are appointed to assist the bishop as counselors in all things, are to have their families asupported out of the property which is bconsecrated to the bishop, for the good of the poor, and for other purposes, as before mentioned;
72 Or they are to receive a just remuneration for all their services, either a stewardship or otherwise, as may be thought best or decided by the counselors and bishop.
73 And the bishop, also, shall receive his support, or a just remuneration for all his services in the church. "

Just another inconsistency in Mormon speak.

I'm a commitment-phobe in that I don't like the pressures accompanied within Exclusivity ie, role-playing and expectations but I met someone whom I've been seeing for approx a month now which for me is Huge bc I haven't given anyone a second call back in over a year.
So How do I chill and relax and take one day at a time??? How do I Not Sabatoge a Good thing??? How do I create that Balance between my Him and the Assumed Pressure I Fear and Dread??? Perhaps its in both our best interest if I walk away now before I hurt him/me...I think so:<

I guess I'm stupid because I had this whole idea in my head that the first year of marriage would be really special. Birthday's, holidays, special times spent together but instead (not even married yet, but soon) by husband to be makes all these plans with his friends for his birthday, mine (all within 1 month after getting married), holidays, and now there's no time left for us and our relationship. So I just purchased the above vehicle (it didn't come with a manual) and i have a few questions about it.
1- How can I program the built in garage door opener so that it is configured to my garage?
2- The passenger side door seatbelt won't move, similar to the way that it gets stuck when your foot is on the brake. How can I fix this?

I started off wanting to paint the accent (vaulted) wall in my master bedroom a turquoise color. Then I saw a sage green color that I fell in love with. How would it look if I painted the accent wall turquoise and the other walls sage green? Or should I paint all of the walls sage green and leave the turq. as an accent color? The bedroom furniture, dark brown or light maple?

It was a silly mistake I was led into by various movies in the 80's and people using trickery to have the devil tempt me into something that is very bad for me. I didn't use the pictures, but instead was drug into sin with firewater and lack of the bible.

It's wrong! Every time I relapsed, I allowed the Lord to hold me and take me in! Why aren't you doing this too? It's biblical.

we have already been seperated for over a year, i still love him, but we argue toooooo much and insult ea other always. He doesn't want to get back, but he doesn't want to give me a divorce when i tell him. He tells me once in a while he still loves me, but i don't think he does anymore....A divorce is the way i can get over him and feel nothing can hold us together anymore, but our child. I think everyone can agree that by reducing overall consumption, oil prices will fall. I speculate that if it were to happen, all of the oil will be bought from the middle east (who can produce cheaply) instead of the current %(i.e. - somewhere less than 100%). Domestic exploration and production would not be economical and millions of Americans who currently support this industry would be out of work. I am talking about a serious economic depression. So, next time you see me in my big 4x4 extended cab/bed pickup truck, thank me for supporting your way of life.
