I started off wanting to paint the accent (vaulted) wall in my master bedroom a turquoise color. Then I saw a sage green color that I fell in love with. How would it look if I painted the accent wall turquoise and the other walls sage green? Or should I paint all of the walls sage green and leave the turq. as an accent color? The bedroom furniture, dark brown or light maple?
The bathroom that is connected to the bedroom. What color should I paint it?
I want my room to be peaceful, trendy, and sophisticated. (For a 25 yr old!) Help!!

To be honest I don't really think sage green and turquoise would work well together and even if you did it I don't think it would be very peaceful. Turquoise is much too shocking to help you relax. Also remember that a colour will reflect the colours around it, so turquoise could make the sage a completely different colour!
A very soft sage closer to white would be nice and relaxing (green is a great bedroom colour, and helps sleep!). If you add plenty of white linen & cushions, flowing white curtains (white tiles, towels and fixtures in the bathroom) and have dark wood furniture that would definitely be peaceful, and sophisticated.

I would paint the bedroom a sage green, use either dark or light maple (altough I would lean towards dark). use the turqoise as an accent colour in the bedroom and paint the bathroom the turquoise color.

I'd go with 4 bedrooms including a master apartment, complete with a kitchette and a huge bathroom (with whirlpool), and a sitting room and a study. But I will need a guest cottage. Bathrooms - 5 Rest of house will have a family room, a formal living room, a library, a dining room, a huge kitchen with an eating area, an enclosed garage, a laundry etc Damn, I think I'll go check the classified ads now.

Sage is the way to go - but not with aqua. Use a deep blue or plum color, or even just a creamy beige for accents. Dark woods would be beautiful with those colors. Paint the bath the same color as the bedroom and use the same color woods and accents.

Sage is in right now, if the colors compliment each other, then go for it, if they clash, paint the accent wall and the bathroom sage, and the other walls a cream or another complimentary green

Not being able to actually see the paint chips, it is difficult to give an opinion.

Do you have a bedding colours in mind, or artwork that will be hung, a rug. Some item with which to pick out colours that would enhance your permanent pieces, and still be very calming and cheerful?

Tile and fixture colour in the bathroom should also be considered.

Hope this helps somewhat in your design process.
