two of my friends who have NO confidence whatsoever. It's absolutely ridiculous at how depressed they are because guys don't flock over them, or they have un perfect skin, how they think they look like monsters walking down the street or something, how paranoid they are about people always talking and saying stuff about them....I try to tell them stuff to lift them up, but it's like a seashell with holes and just goes right through them and the next day they're the same. I'm trying my best to keep hanging out with them, but they're starting to make me even more depressed and adding on to my own problems in life. I want them to be happy and realize that they don't need stupid guys in their lives and that they have they are BEAUTIFUL but they always say the opposite. They need serious therapy and I don't know what to do. They're semi-anti social and don't like to go anywhere (to parties and stuff or the mall) I ♥ them w/all my heart, but what can I do??

hey im a girl who is 14 5'1 135 and love caporiera (brazilian martial arts) and i want to learn how to breakdance too. what are some good exercises for me to learn this things and to make my arms and legs stronger?, plus i have big arms already and it looks bigger since i have small chest what are some good exercise for my arms to get thinner?

There are some puppies up the street for sale. We have been doing a lot of research on breeds but haven't decided. I like the idea of a mixed breed, but I'm not sure about rotties.

So there is this love interest of mine. While she is in a committed relationship we have spent an increasingly amount of time together after I confessed my feelings of love for her.
And now the part that confuses me is that whenever her boyfriend is in trouble or whenever she is in trouble, she comes to me...
Why would she come to me when she has someone else??? I'm not saying the I don't enjoy being asked to help her in anyway shape or form but, why does she come to me when she is with her boyfriend?

I respect him and I know that he can get himself out of any situation that he gets himself into. What gives?

MY name is Sam Oatis and im from new orleans louisiana. And i like to talk about college football. People that i talk to and the media always say that other conferences like Pac-10, ACC, Big-10 and 12 including Notre Dame are better conferences and they should always get the higher rankings. But, im against that because those conferences aren't better than one conference out there and that is the SEC. Why, well here's the thing if USC can play against teams on there schedule from the pac-10 including one team from the SEC like arkansas which is the only team they play from that confrenece also notre dame, why they don't want to play real college football teams from the SEC like auburn, lsu, florida, georgia, and tennessee. If usc could fly all the way to South Bend and arkansas to play those two teams why not go down south to the sec, are they scared to play those teams that play head knockin' football way more than they do.

Like socialism opposes capitalism? Like Islamic fundamentalism opposes western democratic reform? Say you were born in a utopia, a place where people live in harmony with their environment and each other. No crime, no politics, no lies, no money and most importantly, no religion. Technically, you would be an Atheist, but the word would have no meaning, wouldn’t it?

I had been really interested in the Saiga rifles lately. I have been reading many articles and reviews about all the versions of the Saiga rifle. But as I read those reviews, many of them have a higher scores for the 7.62x39 version (is 8.9 out of 10) and the .223 Rem version got a lower score (6.7 out of 10). Is there really a difference between those 2 versions? I really want to get a .223 version, but the reviews scared me. Any answers are appreciated.

Seriously, could someone (hopefully nurse or Doc) tell me what is the difference for lipid profile with alcohol in the system versus none. My friend is having this test, he dosen't drink during the day, just a couple at night before bed.
He's suppose to refrain from it for 48hrs prior to the test but I have a feeling he won't do that. What significance will this have on the results. Will it be major or minor. I would appreciate an answer in the next day.

My niece who is 21 has been told she is not allowed to have children (she was born with 2 main aorta valves and has had 2 open heart surgeries) the pregnancy will put a strain on her heart and could cause her to have a heart attack.

My daughter, (who only wants 2 children), after she has her next child has offered to be a surragate mother for my niece so she can become a mother, they are very close, like sisters

I have to make a speech to eight hundred teenagers this summer, not including all of the adults that will be there as well.
I normally avoid public speaking like the plague but I can't back out of this one...do you have any tips for me to not be so nervous or figity when I speak?
Also, what should I wear? It's not a formal conference but I want to look nice... (I'm a female, if that helps at all...)

Wow, I have the worst kids in the world who live next to me. I rent at a townhouse complex and I have had the neighbors children cuss me out time and time again, these kids are only 7 and 10 years old and they are constantly causing problems. My children ages 9,7,5 are always being threatend by this boy and I heard him one day telling my 9 year old that he was going to cut her up with knives, I asked him very nicely not to speak that way to my kids and he told my to F*off its a free country. I no longer can let my kids play outside because of him. I am terrified to talk to this kids parents about it because another one of my neighbors confornted them about it and that night their car was vandalized! What do I do? Do I call the police?
