One that is justifiable. WW1, WW2, the Revolutionary War, the Civil War all qualify. So does the Iraq War. The libs in America would have disagreed with the former mentioned here as vigorously as they do the latter. Sad.

WWII is often considered a 'just war' because it was a war to stop another power from killing all those around them. It is probably the best modern example of good vs. evil in war.

You could also say the American Civil War in that its result was abolishing slavery.

Well, read about World War II, the atrocities committed by the Japanese in China, the atrocities committed by the Germans against Jews, Slavs, Poles and gypsies. Imagine that there existed an enemy that would enslave you at best and murder you at worst. That was World War II.

The US's response to Pearl Harbor justified itself, as did the attacks on al Qaeda following 9/11. We already know the effects of a president who will do nothing when his country is attacked. The US under Clinton suffered a great deal of humiliation and loss of respect because of his inaction.

The devil worshipers must have thought all US presidents lacked courage because of Clintons failure to respond to attacks on six different occassions, during his watch. I would guess, they were shocked by GWB response to 9/11. Had our own people stuck by this president, the outcome on these two battlegrounds would be a lot different, today !

A just war is any war your politicial party supports.

An unjust war is any war your politicial party doesn't support.

That may sound harsh, but thats the facts.

Both parties do regime changes, both parties to pre-emptive invasions.

Both parties use military force without UN approval.

Both parties us military force without Congressional approval.

Both parties us military force without public support.

A war that your side has won, wrote the history books accordingly.

War is a violent conflict between nations. Justice has little to do with it, conflicting national interests are cause.
