get one of those exercise balls and do the superman everyday until you can hold it at will. The abs are core to breakdancing everythign else is secondary.

Bananiera (Handstand) Pushups are the best body weight shoulder workout in existence.

As for legs:
Cocorinha Squats are good. Do a set of about 150 per day, then progress to 500. After that:
One legged squats- Another very good bodyweight leg exercise.

One-armed pull ups are good too. Try to be able to do about 20 or so regular pull ups (And chin-ups) before you try one-armed (If you want to go that far).

Capoeira will definitely help over time (Just keep practicing), but you can add more tone to your muscles by doing weight training with low weight and high-reps.

the only way your arms will get thinner is if you either tear off the muscle (unhealthy), starve your self for months (unhealthy), or just don't work them out. However, these are only if your arms are big as in muscley big.

If they are not muscley big, then working them out will get rid of the prob.

Also, just practicing capoeira will make your arms and legs stronger. You burn like a thousand calories per class continuously doing things on your hands or in a squat. Yopu are always moving to the music. I lost 20 lbs in a month with capoeira just going to 2 a week. My arms and legs have also gotten a lot stronger (didn't do any outside exercise).

Your muscles only get bigger with the kind of exercises that are like weight lifting reps. There is an alternative style of muscle strengthening without the added size. I've met mountain climbers with skinny amrs who could defeat burly football players in any muscle contest. Their arms don't get bigger because they are continuously being used and aren't allowed time to become puffed and squishy.

I'd advise just taking rock climbing to make those arms smaller. Yoga is also helpful.

Bboying (or "breakdancing") requires a good sense of balance (which you most likely have already) and swift rhythmic footwork... toprock, uprock, and footwork are most ly dependent on the nimbleness of your lower body as well as the strength of your core and upper body... you're most likely good at all the prerequisites, but practicing handstands, stretching, and getting used to inverting your body are all good ways to gain balance and strength... the fine thing about bboying is that it doesnt add muscle mass... it tones your body and tightens your muscle groups... losing mass comes with exercise and good diet... eat well, sleep well, and tone your muscles by doing many repetitions of light weight exercises (using light weights or doing push-ups)... in the long run, though, you'll come to appreciate strong and stout arms for bboying...

Head spin: Do a head stand but instead having both of your hands on floor, in front of you. Have one hand on the floor behind you and one in front of you. Then spread your legs as far apart as you can spread them. Then quickly bring them together. As your are bringing your feet together with your hands, push your head around. --Tips-- Do not attempt this move with out doing neck strengthening exercises regularly. If you are just starting, it's best to wear a toque. Have fun learning it! This is one of the moves only.:D

I know that if you wanna get stronger but stay small in size it is good to do weights in a low weight high rep. style. Running in deep sand is good for building strength and endurance wich is something you really need for break. You should also practice for balance.
