I know this is like the number 1 cardinal sin but it has happened to me, and I totally need advice. We work together and from day one I knew she was attracted to me but I never acted on it because I was new at the job. Now that I have been working @ the job for over a yr, she started leaving little notes on my desk saying hello and sending me emails to try to spark a conversation, well we hit it off like crazy its been 6 months that we have been talking and the whole time she has been tellin me she is in the process of getting a divorce and the whole nine yards when actually she hasnt done nothing. Now that the husband has caught on to her she doesnt know what to do because she fell in love with me and i feel so bad because she lied but i love her and im willing to forgive her, she claims she lied because she knew i wouldnt want to talk to her and shes married, well of course but now i dont want to stop with what we have. Shes been with her husband for 15 yrs and she has 2 kids.

My first problem is the most annoying. The foot button to give the motor power is a p.i.a.! It sits flush with the base itself so unless the ball of your foot presses exactly on the button, the motor will click on and off repeatedly. To sit and operate it is even harder because you don't have the leverage. Has anyone modified their button (looks like a disc)?
My secong problem with this motor is it will be working fine, then all of a sudden the power quits. So i unplug/plug it back in, still nothing. I have to grab the handle and disengage the motor, then drop it back in the water to work again, to do it all over again and again. Any idea why I would have to do this to make it power again? The cable moves?

i felt guilty with having him live in a 1/2 gallon bowl so i went to get him a bigger one. but now i'm wondering if i should give him a companion since he's all by himself. i really hope he'll live well and long.

I got this chain letter about the story of "Smith sisters murdered anonymously". I don't believe is true but when I found out on the internet I started to believe it. Is this really true. If it is not true then prove it to me.

Hi everyone. I just started a full-time job in February after graduating college in december. I have a good salary and now i'm looking at taking a loan to buy a car and possibly some real-estate. To make this go smoothly i'm trying to increase my credit score which is below average. I know that I can add points to my score by simply increasing my credit limit while not spending anymore on my two credit cards. However, when I recently requested an increase on one of the cards I was denied. I know that I had increased to the max limit when I was a student, but I assumed that they would allow a further increase now that I'm making money.
My question is what is the best strategy to get an increase? I have a good amount of money in savings that i'd like to use as down payment on a real-estate investment, but i'm wondering how much of that I need to feed to my cards in order to get an increase and get my FICO up.

About 9 months ago, my fiance and I had a group of friends over for a bbq and drinks.Ususally I let my sister walk all over me, but that day I called her on something she did and she got pissed and stormed out of my house, dragging her poor husband with her. I normally am the one to apologise to her for ANY fight we get into, but this time I was sick of it, and "got a backbone" and decided she was the one at fault, so she can apololgize.Well it's 9 mo. later.I'm getting married in 5 months, and so i wrote her a nice letter basically saying the reasons i didn't back down this time but that wasn't it time to put this behind us? She got the letter last week according to her husband, but hadn't gotten around to opening it yet. So today i get this tattered envelope in the mail with my name scribbled on it from her. All it was was some old mail that was sent to her house addressed to me. Nothing actually from her. And believe me, the condition it was in was trying to say something to me...
