I have a substantial chest and I can never find a bra with enough support. I'm always having to adjust the cups. Any recommendations? And this is a serious question. Thanx.

Try going up a cup size and down a measurement. Like, from 34C to 32D. That helped my aunt a lot. And make sure the straps are thick and are adjusted correctly.

well if u have D cups or something dont go to Victoria Secrets i mean i dont understand why everyone go there i mean their bras have no support whatsover the straps are too thin and the wires underneath the bras arent strong enough for bustier women. and the cups are way too padded even the unpadded ones make ur boobs look droopy (trust me im a C cup and thats what it does) so i would either go to macy's but my mom gets me bras from a company called Wacoal they have great support on the straps and the wires underneath the bra cups are really supportive and strong plus they last a long time! gud luck =)

Those shops that sell adult toys and lingerie, believe it or not, have the best bras. They have all kinds of cup sizes, underwire and wide chest bands. Some of the styles are, obviously, meant to be provocative while others are meant to compliment a woman's figure. Find a boutique in a shopping center or a stand alone building, not in the sleazy part of town. Look for those who advertise items for lovers.

Go to Lane Bryant's bra section! You don't have to be overweight to shop there, and they have a fantastic selection of comfortable bras in every chest and cup variation. Let the salespeople help, they are great!

I am naturally large also at 34DD. I love Very Sexy by Victoria Secrets. They have great support!
If you go to Victoria Secrets they will measure you and make sure you are getting the right size.

I have a big chest and spent many years without proper support. I now get my bras from Lane Bryant. They have every kind of style, size and color you can think of.

Lane Bryant has nice, sexy support bras. Cacique bras are nice. Victoria secret also has nice and sexy support bras. Both would measure you while in the store if you ask.
