SOME GIRL says her some BOY FRIEND(both live in **INDIA**) that
she loves him,she'll marry him & always love him in her whole life.
In consideration of this PROMISE of her HE gives her
1-his love
2-his time & friendship
3-his emotional support
4-his companionship
5- general guidance,advises & suggestions
But after 1 year of affair she says that it was her mistake ..she don't love him, won't love him &won't marry him.
If that man wants to SUE her; can COURT take these all things, as consideration of promise of ''loving always & marriage'' by GIRLFRIEND in India?
Can that man LEGALLY force her to continue loving ,meeting ,talking with him & to marry him because he has given above mentioned considerations in past for her promise?
What punishment (jail or fine) can be given to her by COURT of laws for BREACH OF TRUST in India?

Can we withhold our last 2 months of rent?

Our land lord is a very difficult and hostile person. I don't trust her to return our security deposit. Can we withhold our last 2 months of rent which would be the same as the security deposit. I feel pretty certain that she will pull some stunt to keep the deposit as she has been very petty and difficult to deal with.

What is the true problem of Illegal Immigration? Please read full question.?

Is the main problem with Illegal Immgration the fact that it is illegal?
I've seen answers to other questions that the real problem is that our economy cannot stand immigration from the issues of welfare, taxes, and etc.

I want to know how to retrieve pictures from a computer that does not work anymore?

I had a compaq computer for many years and it suddenly stopped working. It turns on but displays a blank screen, and its not the monitor because i tried a different one. Well i bought a new computer, but i want to know if i can somehow retrieve the pictures i have saved on the old computer. I will appreciate the help! thanks!

Question for the all theatre lovers out there...okay, and maybe the movies too...

Out of all the actors who have played the Phantom (Erik) in the Phantom of the Opera, who is your favourite? Who do you think gives the best performance and why?

Okay, I was just going to ask about the stage actors, but I guess I'll include the movies done as well ( I know most people have seen the 2004 film with Gerard Butler as the Phantom *cough* sexy *cough*)

should i throw her out?

we have been arguing all weekend on sunday evening things settled down.
one of the main items we argued about was the fact of her using money for what ever she wanted including lending to friends.
i stated that i was now going to take care of the family finances
well today i find out she has gone behind my back and bought a pram without discussion.
and has paid for it
even after we had argued about this on saturday night( we have four prams already)
