Hey! I'm 15 yrs old and well I'm not a giant fat pig, I'm dont have an athletic or muscle body type. I'm just kinda chubby I weight 150 lbs (68 kilos) and I'm 5'9 ft (177 cm). I wanna lose like.. i dont know how much. Im keeping my own diet which is low fat milk, no chocolate and candy and chips and i've done that for like 1 month. Could you recommend a program for a 15 year old? By running, jogging or something like that. Or lifting . I don't really like push-ups : /
