I have 2 games that I have serial numbers for that I need to reinstall, can anyone help me?

I don't know why these two games have stopped working but I can no longer play them. I was told to first remove the games in the add/remove area of the control panel, Now that I've done that what do I need to do to reinstall them?

I do not have a C.D. for either game. Yahoo sent serial numbers. I don't know how to reinstall them!
