If the bible is true and we all have to face a Holy God on Judgment Day that sees lust as adultery (Matt 5:28) and hatred as murder (1 Jn 3:15), will you be innocent or guilty?

Will you go to heaven or hell?

And is it true that God is rich in love and mercy and sent His Son Jesus to take our punishment on the cross and to rise from the dead and defeat death to save us from Hell?

And is it true that He now commands all men everywhere to repent (Acts 17:30-31), turn and forsake our sins and to trust in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior?

This it what someone told me. Is this TRUE?????????????

I have seen it in multiple answers and I for one am tired of it. I am not trying to force anyone to believe what I believe though I pray they would find the Lord, but they could at least have the common respect to write the correct word. it is CHRISTIANS.

Mine name is also on the title of the car. There is no way my friend can get the loan amount on their own or pay it off, and I won't pay it off either. Am I stuck with a chance of bad credit because of them?

Ok, there are a lot of anti-Bush comments on this board & I think I know why. It may have something to do with the fact that the man is currently the acting commander in chief of the U.S. His policies & decisions effect all of our lives. This warrents a great deal of public opinion.
Bubba Clinton's presidency ended almost seven years ago(1993-2001). This to me is ancient history. I see no relevence in bringing it up. You may as well be referenceing Grover Cleaveland or Kennedy or Carter. It's just not an effective argument. I don't believe there are that many hard core Clinton fans out there who are going to take offense to Clinton bashing. This is NOT an attempt to defend BC. I personally never cared for the man. I wouldn't pizz on him if he was on fire. He's just another worthless career politicion & deserves all the ridicule you Bush lovin' Neo-cons can sling.
Seems to me that many Y!A readers want to defend cool 'ol W, but you seem to be dodging the Q's. Well, are U?

If I own a rental property and I purchase home improvement supplies (drywall, insulation, flooring, lighting etc...) for that rental property, can I claim that at the end of the year in my taxes. Are there any stipulations as to how long you have to own the property and be renting it out and how much you can spend or claim - are there any caps? How much could I expect to be reimbursed at the end of the year - I heard 40% - Is that true?

I was offered a job last week. I was sent to take my drug test and everything was fine. I was told by the corporate office to report to my new job Tuesday (yesterday). When I arrived the supervisor seemed suprised to see me. He said he thought they were having me start on. Wed. Nevertheless he assigned me to work alongside the employee I was to replace-she was staying until June 15th. As we began talking, she informed me that she was not leaving after all as her plans had changed. She stated that she did not know this until last Friday and had just informed the supervisor that morning. She said maybe they can let you work parttime-lol. To shorten a very long story, I waited for 2 hours while he contacted corporate to ask what to do. I was informed that maybe at a later date they could use me but obviously the offer was retracted. I am very angry because I turned down another opportunity because I had accepted their offer. My question is do I have any recourse?

Besides taking a big hit. Are your wages garnished? Do your other creditors cancel you n close your accounts. What happens. Two days ago, I bit into a hard object in a bowl of sugary cereal. The object was harder than my tooth, and has caused a 2-day long toothache. I contacted the parent company by email, and was contacted by phone today. After being asked a few questions, they informed me they were sending a "packet" to me, and request I send the object to them (they surmised it was a caramalized piece of sugar, saying measures were in place to prevent this) and also said there would be coupons for company products in it. Should I expect the company to have some liability for this? I have never sued anyone in my life, but this has legitimately caused quite a bit of pain and concern on my part, and I am leery about sending the object to them and using the coupons. I do not know if it cracked my tooth or not, it felt like I bit into a rock. They obviously had some concern for their liability; they asked if anyone else was eating with me, etc. Should I just use the coupons and hope the toothache goes away?
