There is this guy whom i have known since last 4 months. We have not spoken. There was a time when i said Hi and he didnt reply.Now after four months after he makes it a point to leave all the work in hands , stand still and eyes all at me looks at me with full attention.Is this some kind of joke, he is flirting or serious?

The time you said Hi, he was probably preoccupied with some work, tension or other issues. Now he got idea that you are available & intersted, but he does not seem to have enough courage, may be because he has sinister ideas in his mind like taking you to bed. If you have similar ideas, go on, let him have some liberty, give him smile & show off.
have fun. If not...then avoid .................thats the word.
