I have been a member for just over a year, and I'm only at 2015 points. I think because I would come in and answer only a small handful of questions. But these last few weeks I've been getting 100+ points a week from answering and best answers.

I have to agree you aren't going to get some wonderful prize if you reach 1500. Just answer questions or vote for undecided. If you do it to pass the time at work like I do you'll have a ton of points in no time.

maybe cause you ask question and you don't vote for the best or maybe because you don't answer a lot of questions? by voting you get 3 points back.
and by answering you get 2 points.
you can also vote for questions you get 1 point per vote.

Did you log in every day , did you answer questions (were any of these choosen as best answer) did you vote for best answer on a daily basis. All of these activities add up to more points.

Welll your points is based on the number of questions you answer,best answers you vote and answers you pick as the best.Also remmeber when you ask questions you loose five points.

answer more questions and dont ask so many and do other things like pick best answer or vote
