Hey! I'm 15 yrs old and well I'm not a giant fat pig, I'm dont have an athletic or muscle body type. I'm just kinda chubby I weight 150 lbs (68 kilos) and I'm 5'9 ft (177 cm). I wanna lose like.. i dont know how much. Im keeping my own diet which is low fat milk, no chocolate and candy and chips and i've done that for like 1 month. Could you recommend a program for a 15 year old? By running, jogging or something like that. Or lifting . I don't really like push-ups : /

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The only thing you have to do is fire up your metabolism. To do that, eat smaller portions more often and drink alot of cold water. Do you have a bike? Do you have some weights? How about a jump rope? Jump rope in the morning before you go to school for 5 minutes. When you work out, lift weights first (don't kill yourself!), then do cardio. Cardio is jumping more rope, jogging, or cycling (a few examples). Don't be discouraged. Men's Health has a truckload of info for you. http://www.menshealth.com
