I ever made my mind that I would stay this company for 2 years at least,because I thought I would like here and want to be steady,but just half month I found that there were no opportunities at all ,more than that ,I DO not like my supervisor,
it seems like that she will never give any chance for her underlings,she considers herself always right ,but she knows nothing.I am so disappointed,maybe I should find a new job now.......




How can I do? I am conflicked.......

i ruined everything. i thought i had no feelings for this amazing guy and it turns out i like him so so so much! i dont know what to do. should i tell him? he told me if i ever needed to he would talk with me but he prob dosent want to talk to me. like idk he gave up smoking for me. and i didnt realize how much of a sacrifice that was untill he started again and it breaks my heart to see him smoking and flirting with other girls. like i have no idea what to do

In this expression:

y^(2a+5) x y^(3a-1) / y^(a-2)

I simplified it down to x^(5a+4)/x^(a-2).
Can I simplify further or is this done?

Charles Brakley has never ever said anything good about the Cavs this season, even from game 1 of their season. This is the first positive comment he has probably ever publicaly made about the Cavs. So it MUST be true, right?

I completely agree, the Cavs should be resting up for the Spurs already. Detroit's luck runs out here. They are done, Cleveland in 6.

One of my guppies just gave birth to a dozen fry and there is this small thing floating around it has a shiny silver top and a very squirmy tail. I don't know if it is a parasite or an under developed fry. One of the bigger guppies ate the "thing." Should I be worried and what should I do?

I have a toothache in the top back of my mouth, every time I bite down, it hurts, and tonight, it started throbbing. I have two wisdom teeth pulled on the same side of my mouth a couple of weeks ago.
It has been hurting since, but tonight was the first time it started throbbing. I have heard cloves work, and they have worked for some other teeth in the past, any other suggestions???? I know I need to get to the dentist, but until I get there, I would like some help to relieve the pain without having to take pain medication. Thanks for any suggestions....

On TV I always see Cerial made where the bowl is only 25% filled with milk and the bowl is to the top with cerial. I fill my bowl to the top with milk, for some reason all of my cerial must be wet to eat it , if its not then i push it under the milk to get it wet, so why is the "traditional" or way they do it on TV done that way? bowl with 25% milk 100% cerial

He moved up into older division this year. He is not adjusting well to batting. He will not stay in the batter box he afraid he will get hit. Any suggestions what to say or teach to him to give him more confidence. He does enjoy the game and seems to want to play. He is eleven year old and somewhat small for his age.
