I ever made my mind that I would stay this company for 2 years at least, because I thought I would like here and want to be steady, but just half month I found that there were no opportunities at all ,more than that ,I DO not like my supervisor,
it seems like that she will never give any chance for her underlings, she considers herself always right ,but she knows nothing.I am so disappointed, maybe I should find a new job now.......
How can I do? I am conflicked.......

I always find it amusing that people with only a month on the job tend to think their supervisor knows nothing... How did this person get to be a supervisor. She probably worked her way up from a starting position. The reality is you're going to hate my answer because I'm not buying into your victim mentality. However, I think you should stick it out for a little longer, and learn something from this job. If I was hiring, and found out you quit your previous job after only a month, I'd ignore the rest of your qualifications, and wouldn't even waste my time interviewing you.

Depending on your financial situation--One time I could not afford to be without a job, so I arranged job interviews on the weekends or after work. Another time the job was so stressful that I just went to lunch one day and did not go back. Personnel called me at home ask me to call them back. My supervisor did not have the gall to call me. I told personnel that the job was not working for me and that the supervisor did not have the patients to train someone like me. They mailed me my check right away and that was the end of that job. I never put it on my resume because I was there less than three months.
On the next job interview when they questioned why I did not work for three months, I told them that I had some personal business to take care of and I knew that it would be one year before I would get a vacation.

You can continue to spin your wheels or get out of the situation, you have only been there one month, you do not need to put them on your resume, your wasting your time. Run as fast as you can. Find a job that will make you happy, time there is time lost for other opportunities!!!

If you're convinced it's not going to work, then leave. If you believe it won't work - it won't! You've only been there for a month; it doesn't have to be on your resume. Just move on - both you and your employer will be better off.

You are lucky to have a job. If you want to move on, find a job first and move on. I wish I could have a job.

It's up to you but job-hopping looks really bad on a resume. Is she down on you because of your writing? It is pretty bad.
