True... a belief in a divin power is NOT equivelent to morality. In the christian bible, the devil kills less the 10 people, god, well over 2000. And if the barbarisms that exist in the bible are considered moral, than I hope I am NOT.

Absolutely WRONG!
Morality is an ideology (concept of human action which pertains to matters of right and wrong [or "good" and "evil"]) that may or may not be shared among groups of people. In fact morality can be categorized into three tiers or three contexts:
1- Individual conscience
2- Shared moral values (either shared within a cultural, religious, secular or philosophical community)
3- Codified behavior (conduct morality[such as the law or rules of employment within a company])
A man in the military drops bombs on a target as directed by his superior officers. The bombs kill 23 Iraqi terrorists, 12 woman 4 teenagers and 2 infants. If he didn’t follow his orders, the result could have been another 9/11 style attack...or maybe not! One thing is certain, he would have been court marshaled and through in prison then through out of the service and branded a traitor. His pears in the Military would find him immoral. However, if he did follow orders, many of the anti-war activists would find him immoral. Either way, because he doesn't fight for Allah, the Iraqi terrorists would think him immoral regardless of his action or inaction.
What IS morality. Well, for one thing, it is subjective. If I steel I'm immoral, but if I let my child starve to death without trying to steel food in order to feed him simply because of the principal involved, then I am also immoral.
A man kisses his wife good bye, drives to work and sleeps with his secretary. You and I think he is immoral. His wife stays home and sleeps with the UPS man. Again, we think she is immoral. The husband and the wife both know about the other sex interests and are okay with the situation. They don’t find it wrong? Is it immoral? Why?
If a man dates a woman and never spends time with her because he is too busy, so he breaks her heart. This is immoral, to a small degree, right? So, to avoid hurting feelings, he 'hires' an escort to keep him company when he has the time. No real romance, no heart to break. Is this Immoral? Most people would say yes...Why? Who get's hurt?
Morality is more then just action and more then just thought.

Morality is a determination of what is and is not acceptable to you. Actions follow. Even an axe murderer would probably think it immoral to in turn be killed.
Morality and ethics should inform our actions. Action determines if we really believe in what we say or not.

Well then one would really have to search the person and search for the truth within the claim, because if one claims to be hateful and is then helpful he has made an immoral decision to lie to everyone, so one way or another from the examples that you gave each person in a sense is being immoral....

True. Morality/immorality is determined by the action, regardless of intention.

False. You are not moral by thinking one way and doing another, nor are you immoral. Morality is determined by the collective "conscience" of society. It is not how you feel that matters. Others, as a group, determine morality.

Neither true or false, both are immoral. Both lie and live a lie.
You need to think out your true/false scenarios a bit better.

you can state all you want, but it your actions that define you. I can say that i hate everyone like your example stated, but does that person go around showing it? if he doesnt he in my opinion is not being immoral.

No. Charles Manson never actually killed or attacked anyone. He simply talked his followers into committing murders.
