How often can these exercises be performed?
Is a stationary bike good o_o?

Depends on your condition. Don't overdo it. Here comes the surprise: an hour running will burn as much fat as an hour walking! The difference lies in the fact that an hour running will boost your metabolism more.
The main thing about cardio: it doesn't have to be hard, but consistent. Try to keep it up at least 20 min. - if our condition allows you to do that!
Reason is that first you start burning carbs and then fat. Fat burning cardio starts after approx 20 min.
Stationary bike is good.

13 is a great age to become interested in cardio exercises. They can be performed daily. Running is good but can put stress on your knees that will show up as you get older. Make sure you wear a good running shoe with good cushioning and tread. Stationary bike is also good, just do it long enough to get your heart rate up and keep it there for a while.

Young, 13, doesn't mean you can't start to exercise.......

For your info, one can start to do exercise as young as 2 years old........

This is because exercise is beneficial to everyone, young and old.

OK, back to your question.

You can do cardio exercises 3-4 times per week, for at least 30 mins per session.

Stationary bike and running are good cardio exercises because they exercise your heart, to keep it strong and healthy. They also kickstart your metabolism to burn off calories.

For a 13 year-old like you, I know you want your exercise to be fun.

I suggest you mix running with stationary bike - for eg. you can run for, say 15 mins, then switch to the stationary bike for another 15 minutes. This way, you're not bored and get to keep your exercise fresh.

Okay. I do cardio exercises every afternoon and it helps. You can do cardio excersises 3 times a week. Stationary biking and running is also part of cardio excersise and is healthy and good for the heart
