Ribeye. I never knew it was this simple to make steak unitl my father in law taught me.

Ingredients:
Ribeye steak
Salt

Simply salt the steak, let sit for about an hour and grill. Make sure to leave the grill cover on when grilling. I talked to a grill professional about this and he said that it keeps all the moisture from the steak from evaporating and getting smoked away. I guarantee this will be the JUICIEST most INCREDIBLE TASTING steak you will ever have. Have fun grilling!

If you're feeling like seafood, how about some grilled shrimp. I've tried this recipe before and it is amazing.

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
2 lbs large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a shallow dish; mix well.
2.Add shrimp, tossing gently to coat.
3.Cover and marinate shrimp 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
4.Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
5.Place shrimp on skewers; grill over medium-hot coals 3-4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade.

Good Luck!

How about grilled veggies? I slice onion, zucchini, summer squash, portabello mushrooms, asparagus, tomatoes and jalapenos, toss them in a little olive oil with some herbs, salt and pepper, then put them on the grill. When they're done, you can either toss them with pasta, or serve with goat cheese melting on top and a loaf of crusty French bread. Yummy!

How about trying some portobello mushrooms in place of boring old burgers? Very tasty. Brush them with some butter and crushed garlic or some olive oil and flavored vinegar and serve in a bun with the regular burger toppings or along with a baked potato. (I like to cut up the potatoes into slices add butter, salt and pepper and herbs, and wrap them in individual tin foil packages.) You'll like it. Honest.
