I started a new way of eating about 3 weeks ago, I started watching calorie intake and I have always exercised. I was comfortable w/ my weight, but wanted to lose another 10 lbs, and learn a heathy way of eating to keep the eight off and be healthier. well, I just weighed myself and I gained a good 5 pounds, how is that possible?
I ate mostly fruits and vegs, (w/o butter), I stopped eating ice cream, and cut down on my snacking, and I ate plain broiled chicken...so I ask you, how could I have possibly gained weight? I'm so frustrated. :(
Has anyone else found a diet that actually works?
