This morning the Mike & Mike show said that Andrew Jones was the most over rated center fielder ever in baseball and that Sandy Colfax was the most over rated lefty ever in baseball.

I disagree on the Andrew Jones comment I believe he was at one time the best in the game not now of course. But I don’t know about the Sandy Colfax comment.

Your thoughts on both please.

in the past I have always had my girls get their real dad something for the occasion. This past year he has become verbally abusive, neglectful and has developed an alcohol and drug problem that he hides very poorly from us all. he has supervised visitation that he can take advantage of at ANY time at all, he just needs to let me know he would be stopping by and not show up unannounced, he takes advantage of this maybe twice a month for about an hour. The girls have a wonderful step dad who is definitely getting some fathers day gifts. On one hand I feel as though they should get something for their real dad, but on the other hand I do not want to reinforce the idea that just because some schmuck has the title of "father" that he deserves respect. Their dad falls into that category. I don't discuss this with the girls and if they express interest in getting their dad something I will get him something, but I don't want to bring it up, i want them to bring it up to me. Opinions?

Seriously though I was at last years download festival & never saw a bald artist on stage & that includes those easily in their 40-50 category - have they found some elixer of ever-ending hair..

Are they so vain that they wear hair peices...!!!

My husband goes out almost every night to the bar and sometimes does not come home at all. He swears that he is not cheating, but sometimes stays gone for up to 5 days because of a small disagreement that we have had. Do I get out of this, or deal with it? but why is new york city a wannabe okay plz why boston was like founded first similar econmys if i think about it if houston is a wannabe new york which dosent make sense becuase its the best city in texas.

and if u dont like the best state texas then leave okay.

look it up on wikipedia compare to new york and then the city then compare to california.

and cali texas florida are the best states and well illionis and georgia but ur stupid.

houston dosent want to be a crappy new york city that alweys filled with noise get that through ur head.

and nyc is more a wannabe paris for having fashion or a london hey nyc is a wannabe everycity.

hahaha its a crap hole.

and the best thing is aj is that houston and new york crap arent alike in any way only that they have people fashion musems busses and taxis. but hey dosent every city have that.

I'm starting a home-based research & consultancy business. My background is in market research and I'll be developing some research reports on a freelance basis.

In almost 99% of things we eat, if you look at the ingredients, you will notice that corn syrup is usually among the ingredients. Although there are many other things that are contained in foods, corn syrup is so frequent among those ingredients that it has brought it to my attention. What does corn syrup contain or do that makes it such a universal food ingredient? Is it a flavor enhancer? Preservative? What?

A friend of mine and her husband went on a trip to Colombia (the husband is Colombian). They did everything LEGALLY in order to get his status adjusted to permanent resident. He was granted permanent residency in May 2006 (she has the welcome letter from the USCIS to prove it). The green card was supposed to be good for 2 years. The residency is conditional for 2 years because it is based on marriage. However, there was some sort of error when all of the information was put into the system. The system showed that it had already expired. He was not allowed to fly out of Colombia back to the States. All of this was caused by a careless error by whomever put the info in the system. Is there anything my friend can do to bring her husband back? This all seems so unfair since she did everything the right and LEGAL way. She needs him here.

After i had my son who is now i have had a rapid weight loss from about 135 to 113 and can't seem to get past the 115 line. for most women they would be happy about this but im conserned i havent weighted that much is so many years. i am not comfortable with my wieght being so low. is there any kind of drink/ supplements i could be taking to help me gain about 15 lbs? really would like to stay in the 130-135 range. or has this ever happened to you or somene you know and what did you do about it?

I am having root canal done in a few weeks with a crown over the weakened tooth. It is the second tooth from the top that will be worked on. What should I expect? I was aways told that my tooth will end up falling out in a few years because of the root canal because it weakens the tooth.
