You should consult a doctor or a nutritionist about this, first and foremost.

Major dietary changes, like what you're likely going to need to make, should be supervised.

You could try swinging through a GNC store and grabbing those protein shakes though. They pack on a ton of calories and proteins, and you can probably add a few pounds in a month or two with them.

My little sister has the same issue.. she was 130 fully pregnant was 125 before she got pregnant and now she is at around 104. Not very healthy--- She eats all the time.. its hard to tell what it is.. but I know she's in the same boat as you are! you can always try those high protein weight gain shakes you can get at GNC or something? good luck!

I drink Carnation Instant Breakfast 3 times a day in addition to regular meals. My doctor said it would help me gain back the weight I lost. I have gained almost 10 pounds since November.

Katrina,
Begin by having a simple test for tapeworms. They are more common then you think and they are easy to get from fresh fruit or vegetables. They are not too difficult to get rid of either. There are health food stores that will be able to assist you in your weight gain problem probably near to your home. Have a great day and let me know what you find out.
Thanks,
Eds

PS... GNC is too expensive. Try a smaller store in your area.

you can go and get some nutrient supplements, from say GNC, or Vitamin World. Just go there and ask them, theyll tell you what to take. But i personally wouldnt worry about it, 115 line is a good weight area for women usually. (depending on height). either that or you can eat mcdonalds and burger king everyday.
