Have you tried crystal light? It's 100% sugar-free and 99% caffeine free. I drank that during my pregnancy. This was the only way I can drink at least 6 servings of water a day.

Here are just a few options of the many healthy items you can bring;
-Slimfast Optima(190 calories per can though I wouldn't do this all the time)
-V8 Smoothie(80 calories per 8 oz)
-Regular V8(about 70 calories for a bottle)
-Juicy Juice(100 calories per box and no sugar added)
-Fat free/Reduced Fat Milk
-Homemade fruit smoothie

How about SoBe drinks or Snapple drinks? They are healthy and don't have too many calories. Vitamin Water is also good.

there has been controversy over it, but some skim milk might be good, or make up some kind of smoothie with fruit and yoghurt. Tea is never bad as far as im concerned, iced if hot out, hot tea if cold out.

Have you tried thos little Crystal Light packets? You just dump the powder into your water and stir it up. It's pretty good and low calorie.

V-8. One serving equals 2 servings of fruit/.vegs. Another good choice is pure juice,with no added sugar.like tomatoe,or orange juice.

Six pints of bitter do it for me.
Seriously though, fruit smoothies are very excellent.
