I am 15 years old and im intrested in getting muscular, i have never really worked out consistently only like once a month if that. I am gonna start working out more often and am thinking of using creatine, my questions are:

Should i workout for a week or two then use creatine or go rate into the first workout using creatine?

What are some good products?

Will my health be in concern if i still follow the guidelines of using creatine?

Is it fine to use more then one creatine products in workouts?

As many details as possible please, from the time you wake up, till the time you pass out lol.
I have a 3yo & since he was born, I can never seem to get it together as far as housework, paying bills, etc. Im constantly running in circles trying to keep up.
I have come to terms w/ the fact that my house will be messy for the next few years- that an immaculate house is not going to happen as my child needs me more then I need an immaculate house. STILL, I have piles of clutter growing everywhere, and the thought of "company" makes me nervous.
Im home during the day, and work evenings while hubby is home w/our child. The time Im home during the day & weekends is time spent w/ our son/family time.
I've tried staying up late into the night to clean house (when child's asleep), but am just too draggy to keep up the next day. I've tried sticking him in front of the TV while I clean, but thats not right. We want another baby, but I am anxious over not being able to keep up as it is.

Why do so many people refuse to listen to anything other then non-mainstream rock??? Everyone wants someone not on MTV or something like that. Now, I don't like MTV as much as the next person, but what is the big deal? Music is music. If you stopped listening to your favorite band just because they are actually becoming successful, then you never really liked them in the first place. I mean, people always say, "Oh, well they sold out...." Why? Because they finally have enough money to have a decent tour bus, album cover... anything!

And some of those people just want to be different... to set themselves apart from the trends. I'm sorry to say, but finding non-discovered bands and calling bands "sold out" is already a trend.

I don't mean to insult anyone... it just frustrates me when people give up on their favorite bands just because they are getting radio play. Just because they are famous doesn't mean they are just making music for the money.

Because maybe I need to stop talking then. I can seem to offend anyone with anything. I offended somebody by saying the word individual.

Starting two weeks ago, I have been exercising every morning for an hour and a half. M - F I run around the track (6 times) at the fastest pace I can without stopping . The other time is spent walking to and from the track (1 mile). Coming back is quite steep since I live in a hilly area.

On Sundays, I go for a 7 mile walk around the area, which includes some steep hills.

At the same time, I have cut my calories in take to about 1,500 calories per day. According to websites, to maintain my weight, I have to eat 3,300 calories per day.

--Breakfast - Special K (1 cup) and half a cup of Soy Milk, and 2/3 a cup of orange Juice.
--Snack = Kelloggs K bar (90 cal)
--Lunch - Salad with light Italian dressing, or Chinese food with no rice, just vegies and non-fried chicken (ex: kung pao).
--Dinner - Chicken Noodle Progresso Soup (220 cal) and a lean cuisine (250)
--Snack = Kelloggs K bar (90 cal)
Plus I drink about 9 bottles of water a day

Why is this not the number one topic of discussion for the Candidates...tax reform would solve most of the issues that Washington is concerned with. It would solve wage issues, lower prices on every product we purchase and fund social security and the federal Government. The Poor would get rebate checks and the rich could invest money into more jobs. “We all win”. So what is the problem? Why are our Politicians afraid of the Fair Tax?
