i heard that there were some Christians that believed that Adam & Eve lived with the dinosaurs. I taught this was some kind of joke but there really are some people who believe that.

I'm not one to judge and i dont want to be ignorant, so can somebody explain their reasoning to these claims?

For quite some time, the (in)famous question,
"Can God make a rock so heavy that even He cannot lift?"
has been asked.

To combat this question, most people say that God cannot do the logically impossible and/or God cannot violate His own nature.

However, when I read verses, such as Matthew 19:26, Mark 10:27, Luke 18:27, Luke 1:37, Job 42:2, and Jeremiah 32:27, I receive the impression that God can do everything, all things, and anything.

I do not see nor deduce from the aforementioned verses that God can do everything, all things, and anything, except the logically impossible and/or anything against His nature.

In regards to my question, allow me to be more specific; Does the Bible say, indirectly and/or directly, that God can do everything, all things, and anything, except the logically impossible and/or anything against His nature?

So I went to listen to a few different types of speakers. What would you guys recommend between Boston Acoustics, BIC acoustech, and Klipsch? I liked what I heard with the Boston speakers, with a nice balanced sound. The thing with the Klipsch synergy F-3's is that it seemed the highs were almost a little too bright and I heard that Acoustech are similar to Klipsch. Am I wrong? What speakers would you recommend for overall sound quality, with good highs, mids and lows? Boston Acoustics VR2, Klipsch synergy, or BIC acoustech ht-75, or any other suggestions? I listen to rock music and will use them for home theatre as well. I'm not trying to spend too much.

My husband and I have recently started watching the 'to catch a predetor' series on dateline. We think it is completely sick what people out there will do....but we are wondering if we could get someone to talk to us and see if there are any pervs in our area. We have small children....would like to know what kind of people are out there and how aggressive they are. I am sure it is legal....right?...to lie about who you are and try to get a perv to talk to you. And does anyone know of good chat rooms....not specifically for finding pervs but just good chat rooms in general.

Whenever "knowledgeable" people discuss basketball and the "greatest" ever Jordan is an automatic number one with the number 2 light years behind him. Why? Some media types say its because of the 6 rings....Russel has more rings than fingers. Then other say well Jordan made everyone around him "better" thats not hard when ur teammates with one of the 50 greatest players as well as one of the best 3point shooters in the history of the game (Kerr 45% career 3pt shooter). OK it must be that he is such a prolific scorer...Chamberlain nothing else needs to be said. I think that the Jordan infatuation is just a result of his playing career being in phase with media renaissance. Chamberlain 100pt game probably wasn't known about nationally till a few days after it happened today if a player (not Kobe) has 25 in the first half the entire world already knows about it. Am i completely off with this argument?
