Others.

Having faith in something that has a mind of it's own, you run the almost certain risk of being let down. It's human nature. Faith in others presupposes a desire to control others as oppose to trust. Others are more likely to disappoint.

Faith in God has again and again proven to be a positive experience for many who already have faith in their own convictions and beliefs. Those that do not, find faith in God very disappointing. The sense of loss and confusion that accompanies the loss of faith in God can be devastating.

Survival (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) comes first from having faith in your self. It is the hardest to achieve and the most rewarding, yet can be very disappointing, in fact the most disappointing. Letting yourself down is a very humbling experience.

They are all as disappointing as each other when taken from different points of view, yet you must first find some faith in yourself before you can truly have faith in another or God. The most disappointing faith is also the most rewarding.

Faith in God is never disappointing. God never fails His beloved. We are His beloved. It doesn't mean that when we are having hard times then He's letting go of us. I mean, how can we see that He's powerful if we don't experience any troubles. He allows troubles to happen in our lives because He wants us to grow more in Him each day. Faith in myself is always disappointing because no matter how hard I may try, I will can only reach good, but not good enough. Trust in others isn't disappointing even though you fail because you built a friendship with someone else.

This question baffles me. You're asking which is more disappointing--faith in God, in the self or in others. Is that what you mean? That faith in one or all of these things is disappointing? Or having been let down by one or all of these things has been disappointing? I'm confused.

I don't believe in God, and though I let myself down from time to time, I know I am the only one who can change that.

But I am rapidly losing faith in others... having just read a completely ignorant comment about Islam on Yahoo! Answers, and the constant stream of poor English and grammar from native English speakers with access to good education. It really really annoys me, and for some reason I always think it will get better... but it never ever does.

I would have to say God.

All faith is useless and disappointing if by faith you mean belief without reason. But if the three had to be ranked from least disappointing to most, it would be Yourself, Others, God.

With yourself, at least you have the best information to go on, knowing what you are capable of and being the first to know if you are not living up to it.

With others, while there is less chance of them living up to your ideals, they might do so by chance.

When it comes to God, a nonexistent fantasy can not live up to even the most modest goals expected of it.

Definetely God.

The faith I have in myself and others isn't unfounded or based on hearsay. I judge people, including myself, according to my observations of them, and I have faith that they will behave in ways that I can realistically expect them to based on what I already know of them. But faith in God is untestable. Nobody can watch God at work for a while and see how He behaves in order to judge how He'll behave in the future, and if we put our faith in Him to do certain things, He's at least as likely as not to disappoint us.

I am giving faith to God. And I am giving belief to myself and others.

There is no way to give a rank on who is good, better or best. God is god and a Human is human. You don't compare apples from oranges.

I hope I made a point and not just yahoo answers points. :-)
