There is no test that can definitively tell you that she is having twins at 2 weeks gestation. Heartbeats can be detected through a vaginal ultrasound several weeks into the pregnancy but a traditional ultrasound would be several months out before confirmation. With that said, it sounds like wishful thinking on her part.

either she is a sad liar, or she sooo mis-understood him. one there is nothing on an ultrasound at 2 weeks, and no doctor can bill for an ultrasound before 4 months, so you know NO ultrasound took place. Without an ultrasound there is no way to confirm twins. Even using a doppler heartbeat machine, at two weeks.... doubt they could even hear anything, and echos sometimes seem like twins but any self respecting doctors don't rust that and can hear the difference. If she told you that she might be suffering from little girl dreams and dilutions, Run forest run, she is psycho. From now on go with her to every doctor appointment, are you sure she is even pregnant????

You can actually know if you are two weeks if she knows when she conceived. I knew with two of my children immediatly that I was pregnant.

That being said it's a bit early to tell if it's twins. Now 4-6 weeks is another story as they will have started to develop seperate placentas.

A) You dont find out your pregnant that early. B) You cant see if there's more then one baby at even 4 weeks, let alone one baby. C) You need to have your girlfriend take a test IN FRONT of you so you can catch this liar red handed.

At "two weeks pregnant" she would only be ovulating, and not even technically pregnant yet. In a 28 day cycle, at 14 DPO (the day she would be due to start her period) she would be 4 weeks pregnant. Two weeks before that would be ovulation day. Sounds to me like someone isn't telling the truth.

I have never even heard of a doctor seeing a patient that early in a pregnancy, and it is not possible to see the baby clearly enough that early to tell if it is twins. I had twins and they missed it at 16 weeks!

I dont know how he would know she was having twins yet, because the heart hasnt even started beating until 18 days into the pregnancy, and this is longer than two weeks. Are you sure she isnt 2 months???

No, way. I have never heard of anyone knowing they are having twins at two weeks. In my area of PA a doctor won't even see you until 8 weeks unless you are having problems. Has she really seen a doctor?

Sounds like someone is grasping at straws to keep you in the picture. Have you been having difficulties lately?
This doesn't sound like the type of girl you want to be connected to for the next eighteen years... Unless you have spoken with her doctor, this is a fantasy.
Also, if you decide to stay with her, USE PROTECTION!!! Otherwise prepare for a life of drama and much smaller paychecks. Good luck.

Nope not possible to tell that early...either she is farther along than she is saying or she is just making up the twin thing.
