I been working in a factory for 8 years, was in management on a production line. Got ill and out of commission for 5 months to return and have a new unexperienced person in your job and guess what, you now work under this person on your line you had.
Well no prob, I been planning for a year to leave to re-open my old company back up and had vacation days approved, advertisement set up to release all in a timely schedual. Then all of a sudden this new manager starts taking vacation days away and telling me I cant have them just before I get off the day before. now I have to take off and gt hours against me.
Well, this goes on for 2 weeks, the 3rd week the day before I am schedualed for a 2 week leave I am told again they was cancelled. I talk to head of HR about it (not mentioning what my plans has been) and he says np, I can straighten this out. An hour later I get canned, but the funny part was I was gonna come in one day after my 2 week vacation and quit?

If a capacitor discharges and regulates the voltage on a low bass note, after the charge is gone (less than 1 second) how does it help an electrical system already strained to the point of dimming the lights? Does it try to suck more power from the already diminished charging system, if so how does this help? Isn't it like borrowing $400 only to pay it back out of your next paycheck and then having to borrow it again?

God does not cause these things to happen, its Satan the Devil and his demons that cause horrible thing to happen. Satan hates innocent children and all people because we are made in the image of God almighty and he wants us all dead anyway he can.
But why doesn't God stop these horrible thing from happening, How can God allow this?
Again, God doesn't! He has given all men free will to do what they like while on his earth. This life is a test; people have the choice, the choice of doing good or evil. To choose God or Satan.
Everything we do while on this earth, every thought action and word spoken will be judged by God when we die.
Remember, Satan is the cause for all sin, death, rape murder poverty child molestation etc, etc… every single thing that goes against God and his nature.
So don’t blame God. If you want to blame someone blame Satan he is the reason for this world’s sin.

I was fired after suffering from a medical condition, from which resolved and I had been cleared to return from my physician. My employers physician never saw me, nor had he ever talked to my physician. I'm a little confused and concerned with how he claims to be able to make a decision regarding someones life without ever seeing or speaking to them.
