OK, here's the scoop: My housekeeper is extremely ill right now, and I have company coming over in a few days. The house is totally trashed, and I don't know how to clean a house and do laundry so this is a very serious dilemma for me. I don't trust just anyone because the housekeeper prior to this one stole from me considerably, and I refuse to pay anyone (including teenagers) "under the table" because I could get in trouble if get caught. How do I clean the house? Do laundry (I prefer my clothes hanged out to dry on a clothes line compared to a dryer)? What are the best cleaning supplies and for what? How do I clean my electronics? The porches? I am very oblivious to this. I never had to clean a house before, and the task is very daunting to me (I don't even know how to cook sadly). How do I organize my entire house from top to bottom? I have old magazines, VHS, and other junk piling up. My godchildren I'm taking care of is not helping matters they are only destroying it.

I have a Marlin 1894SS lever action rifle. I'm looking at 3 different model rounds for my 44. We got the L44MG7 180 grain jacketed soft point, the R44MG2 240 grain soft point and the R44MG3 semi-jacketed hollow point. Now I have a few questions. First off, the L44MG7 is a UMC round and I was told was "cheaper". Is the UMC really an inferior round compared to the other 2 Remington Express rounds? Secondly, the L44MG7 is a 180 grain round but has a higher velocity and energy ballistic rating then the 240 grain R44MG2 and R44MG3, why is that? The L44MG7 is 1610 fps at the muzzle compared to 1180 for the other two. And the L44MG7 has 1036 ft-lbs at the muzzle compared to 741 for the other two. And the ballistic ratings stay superior throughout the range. These tests were on a 4" barrel, I have a 20" barrel rifle. Will I gain? Why is the L44MG7 more powerful? And by alot. Although it is not listed as a centerfire rifle round like the other two are, can I use it exclusively?

I'm a Roman Catholic, who sad to say, is loosing faith. I know God exists....it just feels like i've been "empty" for at least 2 years. I defend my religion like my family, but when it comes to mass or praying, i feel like i know it won't do anything for me....and pushing it aside. I just wanted to know if anyone who has experienced this or knows what to do to help me regain faith and feel like God is caring for me and my family.

I feel like praying is talking to myself and wonder why my life, although looking on the up and up, on the inside i feel like crap. Thanks and i hope someone can help/ guide me to the beginning of a better relationship with God.

Since when was this country a Christian nation? Did we have a vote and decide on a national religion? Was I in a coma when this happend? I was under the impression that this country was founded on the belief of freedom of religion for all, and along with this idea America was founded on the idea of a separation of church and state.

As you would note, God is not mentioned once in the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence. A Creator is mentioned, but not the Christian, Jewish, Muslim or any other specific god.

It was never meant to be a Christian nation, but rather a nation where all religions may flourish of their own accord.

When I drive and I have been driving for a while my car just stops. The check engine soon light comes on and all the other lights that are on when you first go to start the engine...they all come on, but the car just stops. Then we turn it off, give it a minute and it drives again....for a while. What could be wrong.?

hello, ok well today we went to navy pier. its in chicago. we went on this cruise,dance. and this one boy alex, was there. it was the whole 6th grade that came since we arnt coming back next year. well alex, i sort of liek him. and my friend knows i do. and lets just say im not super super skinny. but normal. not over weight. and im average looking. pretty but not drop dead gorgeous. so we were making small talk at the table we sat at. my friend made me sit across from him. we were right by the lake you could see it all from where we were sitting.

Hi i am a mother to a 6 month old, i breastfed for three months, and i only gained 22lbs during the pregnancy. I am a horse trainer and farmer. I work a 12..sometimes 14 hours day where i drink nothing but water...eat fruit for breakfast, a turkey sandwhich for lunch and usually fish or something grilled for dinner. I work extremely hard and work all my muslces and when i do finally get a day off i still walk or run. I stay at the same weight, i made these changes to my eating to lose weight. I dont know how i can possibly work my body anymore. Ive heard some people say that it takes some people a year to get their normal metabolism back after having a baby. It just kind of get me down to work as much as i do and be active and eat healthier and see no results. I mean I'm content with my weight but would like to lose about 20lbs.im 6 foot and 173lbs, ive always been athletic and in my younger years could lose weight if i had put on a few but now i work twice as hard and eat way heathier
