No, certainly not it's a sign your body's working correctly. The average person flatulates (farts) 15-20 times daily. So don't worry & if someone has a problem with it, you havesomeyhing to say back now.

its a natural thing. it happens, in public or in private. people who think it is disgusitng should get over it. i do pilates and yoga and people fart all the time because they are relaxing their muscles, and it just happens. No big deal.

flatulence is a normal body function. it is considered rude in our culture to express oneself in a loud and intentional manner. it would be proper to excuse oneself after such act.
