Green chile enchilada casserole
One can each cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup-mix in saucepan with small can chopped green chiles and warm slightly.
Arrange a layer of torn corn tortillas in the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan-cover with a thin layer of soup mixture and then a layer of shredded cheese. Continue until pan is full or soup mixture is used up (will usually fill regular depth pan). Top with layer of cheese.
Bake at 325F for 25-30 minutes, let sit 5 minutes.
Beef vegetable stew.
1 lb cut up beef roast (top round, bottom round, chuck or arm roast works well). Brown this in the bottom of a large stew pot in butter or oil and a little worchestershire or soy sauce if desired. Add peeled cut up potatoes that have been parboiled in another pot (cooked until still just a little hard) or canned will work if you're in a hurry. Add any variety of canned or frozen vegetables you like-corn,peas green beans, lima beans, carrots. Pour a large can of either tomato juice or beef stock over all this, bring to a strong simmer and cook until potatoes and frozen veg are cooked. You can also add any herbs and spices you like-garlic, basil and rosemary go well.
Good luck with learning to cook-just use your imagination and you'll be making all kinds of stuff in no time.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMFWl
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
