I moved in 4 1/2 years ago. I didn't notice at first, but now it's very obvious. My concern is adverse possession. The survey stakes have mysteriously disappeared. Any advise on how I should proceed?

all my buddies keep going on my computer and messing it up when im gone i have an older windows type computer but i use to have it so you had to enter a password to even be able to see the screen but i had to reset up the computer and lost that how do i get it back?

Let's say I have JROTC experience and will enlist into the US Army as an E-3. Does this mean I will have to wait longer to be an E-4 or E-5, is TIS really strict on this? Lets say I enlist for 4 years, can I make Sergeant by that time?
