are they the same thing?
If someone is humble or modest, what are they like? (this isn't asking for a dictionary definition of the words, but rather, what the trait looks like in person.)
also, can humility and modesty be mistaken for being conceited? how can you tell them apart?

I have been trying to lose weight for the past few months, and I eat 3 normal meals a day. But when i cheat, I have been chewing the food and spitting it out. Just so i get the taste in my mouth, but don't have to deal with all the calories. I know its gross you dont have to tell me that, but is it dangerous to my health?

i am doing a project that involves me taking on the identity of an influential person in american history, and have William "Boss" Tweed as my person. one of the questions we have to answer as our person would think is "who we consider a true american hero?" so i was going to go with a very corrupt politican or possibly a pro immigration leader.

Okay so I have a female guppy.Originally There were about 5 guppies and two mollies total in the tank. All of them except one of my pregnant females died...I cleaned out the tank and stuff but I have no idea how all of them died. Will she be okay by herself or should I buy another fish? If so....Type?
