There is not an age requirement.
You can use them at any age as long as you're comfortable.
Talk to your guardian first and read the little brochure in the box!

You can use them at any age but you might want to start with pads or small tampons until you get more comfortable with them. The first time can hurt but in the long run they are much better.

No age limit. If you're old enough to have your period, tampons are the only way to go. You might need help the first time from someone else who uses them. Buy the kind with the rounded top. Good luck!! May you have no cramps!!

Yep, they're right. Be sure to read the little flyer in the box, and you might want to get the smallest ones. DON'T use tampons overnight. Good Luck!

You can use on from your very first period, but I wouldn't recommend it. I've found pads to be more comfortable. Remember that you must use pads for overnight because tampons must be changed every 3 hours, otherwise there are health risks.

Old enough to have a period. Tampons are safe and comfortable and nothing to be afraid of.
