I love curly fries and mashed potatoes!!!
Hash browns are good if you make them right.

I love potatoes, which is weird because as a kid i did not like them... I love mashed, au gratin, and Hash Browns the most... but I love them so much I pretty much enjoy them prepared any way you could possibly think of... I even like 'Poutine', which is french fries with gravy and cheese curds... a delicacy in the Canadian province of Quebec... Hooray for tubers!

I love mashed potato's with either country gravey, regular brown gravey, or my favorite family reciepe I never heard anyone ever make its like tomato sauce and sour cream, its awsome.
