im gonna go with no cause it has a hole in the middle that you can breathe through.. and they are small. maybe if like a midget had one, then ate a taco, then you could. but i doubt you could on just a life saver by itself.

I know it sounds funny in print but....
I actually had to give the Heimlich to a 4 year old choking n one in my home. It was terrifying!!!

NO - the middle of the lifesaver has a hole. If it gets stuck in your throat there's a hole that you can breathe through
that's why it's called a LIFE SAVER

It depends on how it gets stuck in your throat, and how long you have been sucking on it. Technically, a person can choke and die on anything.

Im exceptionally constructive they have. basically as some have died from chocking on the engagement ring on the backside of the glass reason the guy presenting became too f***!ng lazy to get on one damn knee
