I work in a very small office, basically only 3-4 people. I work hard and do a lot of travel, but due to lack of written policies etc, mistakes are sometimes made regarding logging hours etc. This sometimes leads to hostile confrontations between me and my employer and I have twice actually burst into tears during such confrontations (oddly enough, today was once, and exactly one year ago was the last time).

Most of the time I am pretty stoic, but have cried infrequently during situations where I am stunned by being unexpectedly dumped, being attacked by friendly forces in the military, or being attacked by a boss I was doing a good job for. I chalk it down to being unable to handle the sudden change between what I expect or deserve and what is actually happening.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing? Also importantly, does anyone have advice for how to avoid breaking down so embarassingly?

The US has plans to control space with their STARWARS program or NMD and if it becomes a reality, the US would be the total dictator of the planet we all call home. It would mean total control of all sea, land, air, space and cybersp ace, which in reality means total and absolute control over the planet and of course the ability to strike at other countries without fear of retaliation. WORLD DOMINANCE was on the agenda the moment they withdrew unilaterally from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty which has banned the so called Starwars program.Does it means that the planet as a whole agrees to be under the dictate of the US and how so?

Which is more reliable,accurate,and better handling. ..... and I'm asking batween these two pistols thats the 2 Ive held that the 2 I like so plz don't add " O go with Glock or Beretta" dont like the extra money for the Beretta and just dont like Glock. I dont like how they feelin my hand.

its been happening to me for the past 3 weeks now and it happens every second non stop so its really annoying me...i was reading that being on the computer or playing video games could cause this but i havent done those things in months..probaly longer..could u get it from texting? but i wouldnt think thats it either cause i text with my right hand and its my left thumb that has the problem...

Right... A very lovely guy is interested in me and I like him also but he likes me for the wrongs reasons. He thinks im pretty, talented and MYSTERIOUS. This means that when he gets to get close and go out with me he will suss me out and will stop liking me because the reason why he is now with (if he ever will be) is because he does not know me and finds me intriguing. I told him I want to be friends and he said thats ok but its very evident that he is hurting very very much and becomes nervous when hes around me and happy when i compliment him. What do I do??? I understand how some, or even most of them can be bad for you. I know that all those "quick fixes" for being overweight are unrealistic and bad for you, and that most people just gain back the weight. But what about pills that help you control your appetite while you eat healthy and exercise? How can they all be so horrible, when they're over the counter drugs? How bad can it be? lf it was really that bad, they'd be outlawed, right? It just doesn't make sense.
