I have loads of plain black and white t-shirts. I don't want to chuck them away so I'm thinking of decorating them. Any Ideas?

You could get red pens/paint or whatever and draw a my chemical romance logo or a band you like's logo on it. Or you could sketch a design of a skull or something. It will look really good in an opposite shade to the t-shirt ie. black shirt - white/silver pen. You could draw a cool guitar or drums, a band member's name ie. Gerard Way, Bob Bryar...etc.

I unpicked the seam of both shoulder's of a t-shirt and re sewed the seam, so the sleeve fell down the arm slightly showing the shoulder
Looks stylish and is easy to do. If you can't sew try wonderweb!
The other suggestion, would be to make horizontal slashes about one inch apart across the front, and then weave vertically , in a contrasting colour strips of ribbon. Again, you can sew the ends in place, wonderweb, or even use safetly pins for an extra funky look

Yeah, I'm decorating my plain black shirts too... I use silkscreen printing... I made one that says: It's Not A Fashion Statement, It's A Deathwish at the back with the MCR logo at the front(in white ink)...

with the black shirts, you could sketch out a cool design with a silver or white pencil, and then go over the lines with a Q-tip or paint brush that's been dipped in bleach; it looks really cool! just make sure to put a layer of old newspaper or something inside the shirt so you don't accidentally bleach through the entire shirt. : )

Well if u are any good with a sewing machine you could sew peices from all the shirts together and make a blanket... get some stuffing.. etc... a blanket made of your fav tee's would look awesome!

How about a slogan that reads: " I Luv Hummers" with a picture of a hummingbird hovering and a flower in front of it.

With the black ones you can paint patterns on them using a regular paintbrush and household bleach.

Put quotes on them then adorn with diamontes or sparkles -
Millicent Tendancies (to refer to M.Fawcett who campaigned for women's rights)
Lots great quotes but Oscar Wilde or Dorothy Parker are particularly good
