My fiance and i have everything we need for our house we have both been living on our own for a while now...anyways when our family and friends CALL and ASK us what we want for our wedding. I was told i was rude for asking for money like i was beggin or something which i am not i am simply answering their question. Is this rude of my guests to ask us what we want?

my husbands got this boil which looks like a pimple at the back f his right shoulder. It pains when touched and is a bit reddish as if inflamed. Could it be something serious? do we need to see the doctor if it doesn't heal on its own?

to feed the hungry, heal the sick, and house the homeless (things Jesus did speak PLENTY about) but support using the government to restrict social decisions like gay marriage and abortion (things Jesus said nothing about)?

Isn't there a disconnect there? How can christians (specifically conservative christians) be against government intrustion to help the less fortunate, but for government intrusion to restrict social decisions?

HERE'S WHAT I THINK:

Christian conservatives (especially from the South) have a long history of supporting programs that help the poor. That is why they were with the Democratic Party for so long and why they were among the top supporters of FDR's New Deal programs. However, christian conservatives (especially from the South) have also long been conservative on social issues like slavery, women's rights, interracial marriage, invitro fertilization, birth control pills, and today gay marriage and abortion.

No, flossing would not help as I had a root die and infection as below the gum line. (had root canal and crown done A chronic infection coursing through your veins is disastrous especially after 6 years.. I am deficient in vitamins A, B, C, D, E and more. Does anyone have any actual experience in this without guessing? After a few months, my levels came up to barely normal in A, B, D. Then I stopped taking A and the symptoms returned: heart palpitations, bi gemeni, sick at my stomach, blurred vision (even after cataract surgery.replacements..)and low blood sugar (down to 40), extreme itching if ate more than 10 carbs in one day. (not thyroid - TSH etc normal, no fungus) No, low blood sugar did not cause vitamin deficies, however, low blood sugar was a symtpom of vitamin deficiences. After taking A again, my symptoms disappeared. I am taking lots of organic vitamins. ... Has anyone had any actual experience or read anything factual about the above? No guesses, please.

Come on, you had booming technology coming out your butt cracks, weird new fashions coming out every 10 seconds (daisy Duks, Light Colored Clothings, High Top Fro, Jerry Curl, Afro, tight clothing), Sing-along-Dance commercials, TEchno music, and Shiny Logos for production compnaies. Most of all though, it was the decade where America had the biggest change in Society from the 2 WW's eras. I think it is. Does anyone else agree?

A kid at my school got told on for having a switchblade. When the SRO came to get him, he kicked it under the table towards one of his and my best friends. My friend,trying to cover for one of his bff's,hid in his shoe until the bell rang then threw it out. When the friend who originally had the switchblade got interrogated,he blabbed the name of the friend who had covered for him! Now the friend that covered for him was suspended for 5 days and can't go on the 300 dollar class trip to Boston where there are NO refunds,this just happens to be the SAME punishment as the person who had the switchblade AND the guy that had sold it to him on the track bus! How stupid is that?!
