After a very long interview and security process, I was hired on February 27th to become the Business Development Director for a division of a $300 million company. On April 27th I was informed that I was being terminated due to bad sales performance by the division for the previous 6 quarters. In the interview process and throughout I was never informed as to the condition of the division and all financials are reported on a corporate level rather than by division. I gave up two other offers to work for this company. They have offered severance and to pay for two months Cobra. Is this a wrongful termination? What should I expect by way of severance? I believe they should be liable for at least a year's salary due to their misrepresentation of their financial position ("we have $200 milllion in the bank") and the fact that I gave up two very good opportunities to work for other companies based on their misrepresentation. Should I seek a lawyer or take what they offer?

im having my choir concert tomorrow. i really don't want to go. the teacher said if were not going we have to have a note by our parents a week before. but i didn't do that. im on the top row on the risers and i get so hot and dizzy. i told my friends and they say shut up. there's no back thing that you can lean on. today when we practiced in choir, i got so hot and i was wearing a short sleeved shirt with pants and flip flops. most of the other people wore sweat shirts and no one else was hot but me. what should i do? i can't go to the concert. the teacher said it's worth most of your grade and i don't want to get a bad grade in choir. im a great student who always gets A's in choir. he told me i was his favorite student because im the only one who really sings and i have good conduct. everyone else is always getting introuble but me. i don't want to let him down. were singing ten songs. i get so hot. it's like flashes of hotness that last ten seconds. what should i do? we have to wear these hot robes and there's these bright lights that shine on us while were singing. even without the lights, i still get hot. it's gonna be way worse at the concert. what should i do if i get hot? i talked to the teacher and he said i have to go and i drink enough fluids. im not pregnant or dehydrated. what if i get hot at the concert? i know i will. i told my grandma about it and she can't wait to see me. i can't let her down either. i told my mom and she doesn't care. how can i avoid getting hot? when i get hot, i blush and people stare. i feel weird and can't concentrate. help!

Is there a real difference in what kind of salt I use for my salt water pool system? Can I just buy the 50 lb bag from Smart & Final for $5 as opposed to the 40-lb "pool salt" bag for $10 from my local pool supply company? Aren't they both the same form of salt, so long as I don't use rock salt? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!! :)

Yesterday, I was falsely arrested for forgery of a bad check & I got out today on no bail because the court judge told me I was charged & arrested by mistake. What happened was I was trying to sell a camcorder so I can help pay for my college school supplies, & a guy disguising himself as a woman scammed me by overpaying me on a bad check & then told me to Western Union him back the difference of what I was selling the camcorder for & the overpayment. I didn't know because I thought it was a legitimate business check. The police MISunderstood & thought I was the one who wrote a bad check.
