You can get a Florida License once your current suspension is over. If you get a license revoked or suspended it will carry through in every state. Of course the state will still let you apply (they get to keep the application fee) but they won't grant you the license.

No, you will not. Police have something called a computer and when you go to apply for a license they will see that your license has been suspended.

you can apply, but you will not be approved until your suspension/revocation is lifted. plus, if you get caught driving while your license is suspended or revoked, you could have to serve some jail time AND your license will be suspended for even longer.
