How can i get more Vistation Right?

My Kids live with my ex Mother inlaw,there Step Grandpaw in Tn., i live in Arkansas

First why are the children living with there grandparents? Is there some reason they are not living with one biological parent or the other. As a biological parent you have rights and I would exercise them in a court and get custody of them work out a visitation schedule with the grandparents. Good luck

if you NEED to see them, then get it into court
why dont they live with you?
