i'm 13 yrs old and I want to cook meals for my family,family of 5 including me tonight i'm cooking pasta with tomato sauce, but I don't know what to cook for tomorrow. I'm trying to eat healthily so i'm trying to make my meals from scratch like soups etc.. any recipes will be greatly appreciated and i WILL reward best answer..xxx

i smack my 3 girls

i find it very affective.

i find the naughtey step only ever works with my 2yr old and thats very rarely.

they seem to find it like a big game they will do somthing and get put on the step say sorry do it again and laugh when they are sat on the step.

so now i useually sitthem on the step andif they do itagain smack there bottems


does any one else have this problem?

I have severe pain on lateral side of my lower leg (below the knee) on walking and running. i do not have any blood flow problem. this pain is more after walking. I use Reebok Premier Road Plus III while running but it still pains and i cannot walk without pain after almost 7-8 minutes of walking. can it be due to over-pronation? can some one suggest how i will know whats wrong and what should i do? i dont have this pain on cycling or swimming and am sure that its due to some walking/running style of mine which may be defective. can some professional help?

I'm struggling to understand why my heating system comes on and goes off whenever it feel like ! eg. timer is set for 6.30am and it comes on at 6.00am ? What's going on ? My house is cold when I want it warm and vice versa - I know I can switch to manual override but then I have to remember to switch it back to Auto before I go to bed ..which isn't ideal....Any help greatly appreciated...Cheers !

I am depressed. I feel really aolone. There isnt anyone I can connect to, or open up to. I have friends, but I dont have the best friend, the true friend. I dont have a boyfriend. My family....NO WAY!!!
so now what do I do? I dont want to drink because that isnt gonna do anything to help me.

I live on a barrier island in New Jersey and have always had a problem with people having lawns and the water they used to keep them lush and green. I've always been a proponent of a low water garden or stones to landscape a home. Someone told me that even with the water usage a lawn is better because it helps keep his home cooler and thus reduces his energy use for air conditioning his home. Does this make sense, have I been wrong all these years? He claimed that stones, mulch or sand would store heat throughout the day.
