I have a six year old daughter. Her natural father has nothing to do with her and her sister. They have had me to themselves for the last 6 years. Up until last summer. I met a man, and we moved in with him. My oldest daughter has been acting worse and worse for the last few months. I received a phone call from the teacher today, telling me that she has put Zoey in "seclusion" and has put her desk away from the other students as a type of punishment for the way she acts in class. I beleive that her natural father has a lot to do with the problems I am having with her. And I beleive that me having another man in my life also has something to do with it. But, I am trying to figure out how to get her to act better. She is a awesome kid when she wants to be. But she has her moments of a LARGE attitude and the I dont have to do as you say outlook on life. How do I respond to her actions, without being too hard on her and making her feel worse?

I have a new roomate. i told her several times not to use them, becuase we used them to use the toilet. She doesn't wanna wash the dishes without gloves becuase she could hurt her nails, so she went behind my back at night and washed the dishes with them. I was willing to wash them myself, which i have done a few times already, even though the deal was I cook and she clean. she agreed. I would rather do it myself than have her promise and not do it. I'm furious and i donno what to do. am i right to be angry? how sck will we get from this? she thinks clorox will fix everything, but i think it's overrated, esspecially for this. what should i do?

My fiancee and I are having a rough time right now. We are bth young, and we live together. We have had alot of issues such as the fact that i have spoiled her for too long and now that we are living together she needs to get a job and pull her own weight... and thats causing strife. Also, i recently had someone approach me and tell me that back in november, she cheated on me. I dont know what to do anymore... she is emotionally unstable... when we fight, she threatens to leave me... and when she tries to leave i physically stop her because i dont want to lose her. I am not abusive, i would never hurt her but she says im controlling her... I just dont know whether or not its worth trying to fix anymore... i love her so much and i dont want to lsoe her, but our love seems to be coming at a higher and higher cost...

okay, for the past couple of years I've made a present for my cousin for Christmas, birthday etc. I've written two books ( I used material and beads, i've done lift the flap and pop out) and then i made her a very small dolls house out of wood last Christmas. Maybe that wasn't such a good idea since I can't really top it! I've just run out of ideas, so anything that you can think of would be fantastic! She's turning five in a couple of months and I'd prefer to make something as i think it means more. Thanks

My fiancee and I have been on and off again for the last ten years. He is the father of both of my children however his name is not on the birth certificate (he also did not sign it) and he contests paternity to our son not our daughter. I have decided to leave and move to PA from FL to start a new life. I will be moving in with a friend for financial help for a while. Is it legal to do this? Does he have any rights? And finally can he stop me? I am a homemaker and have been for the last four years. I plan on filing for child support once I move up there and have lived there for six months. Please help me any info would be appreciated.

The second ammendment says we have the right to bear arms, so if you could have it your way, where would you draw the line as to what type of "arms" people have the right to bear. Would you let the public buy fully automatic guns, RPG's, mortars or rocket launchers? I mean this questions seriously, because I bet there are people out there who would really love to own a rocket launcher. I'm not trying to debate the right to bear arms here, just curious how far some people would like to go.
