I would like some recipes that I can add fish oil to in order to get my daily supplement without having to gulp a capful of plain oil. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have liquid and strips that I use, sometimes using both just to compare readings. In the case of my pH, my strips say it is at 6.4, whereas my liquid test says it's closer to 7.8. How can they be that different? I would take it to my pet store, but they use the same strips that I do.
My other concern is that last night, with the exception of my pH, everything was at zero. Ammonia, nitrate and nitrite. They had all been a little above zero, but that's expected since I had recently introduced a betta. Now they show they are all at zero, even the nitrate. I think I did something wrong in testing. Is it a good thing or a bad thing when they all drop to zero? Would it be safe to introduce another batch of fish, or should I wait a couple more days and continue to test the water?

My questions are:

1. What should I do about the wide range in difference in my pH readings?

2. How should I approach everything dropping to zero?

I take the kid on trips etc, and recently he has opened up to me that he likes to wearing, makeup, pantyhose, high heels etc.
He is pretty feminine, and now he wants me to buy him some clothes and makeup etc, so that he won't have to borrow his Moms. He wants me to let him dress when he is over at my apartment.
I don't want to betray his trust, but I know that his Father will go nuts.

for the last couple of days i've had a dull ab pain, in both left and right side,it doesn't hurt i just know its there. This evening i have noticed quite abit of yellow discharge in my underwear and when i cleaned myself. My partner and i are trying to get pregnant so therefore we have made love around when i ovualted (a week ago) if that makes any odds? i think i am due to come on in a couple of weeks but its hard to say as im irreg with my periods. Also i have started the gym this week so when i think my boods are hurting i think its due to the excercise rather than the other! does anyone know why i have this discharge? etc

ok so i know alot of people have been talking about this situation, but i just wanna say something...

i think this cho sueng hui person was really disturbed, i mean from all the stories ive read on yahoo news about him... i dont think it seemed that "unpredictable", he wrote stories which were clearly disturbed, and people reacted to that (such as his poetry teacher) by kicking him out of her class. do u think that if anyone tried to help him, they could have stopped this? i mean, i know people tried to talk to him, but no one really tried to help him, my best friend's older sister was there when the shooting happened, and she was traumatized, but what she told me is that she saw him alot, and despite all of the effed up things he did, she wasnt scared of him, and she wanted to speak to him, but she just thought he wouldnt answer her back, honestly, i really do hope that all the victims do rest in peace, and i am 100% against terrorism, but dont u think that this boy was just ill?

I have an earlier 911, and a coupe MBZ, so even I like to see someone else do some serious b-slapping...

I am driving in traffic the other day, and a Corolla(with the 'awe'-inspiring body-kit...) breathing heavily in traffic on a WRX Sti...so you want to run 125HP up against 300...SMART!! I guess for the Toyota, it's "just the look man", but why make a fool of yourself? It's like a middle-aged man having a bad case of road-rage...in a Mini-Van!

And to think of those Camry's which get kinda wheezey after 100mph...God Bless em' for trying...

P for parent. Who cares if the moms are the majority of them. Then again Im not so sure about the "stay" term now that I think about it. Dont like the "work" term either though. There must be something better.

My Maid of Honor decided to be selfish since she does not like another bridesmaid and step down. She will not even be coming to the wedding (Shows me what kind of a friend she was). Due to this *new* problem we do not have the site that we had planned on for over a year! My wedding is only a month away and I have called almost every park and venue in my area and all are booked on the day I am getting married.
Luckily We are only having about 20-30 guests at the wedding so would it be ok to hold off on the reception? Would it be rude to not have one at all or wait until a site comes available?
