I have an earlier 911, and a coupe MBZ, so even I like to see someone else do some serious b-slapping...

I am driving in traffic the other day, and a Corolla(with the 'awe'-inspiring body-kit...) breathing heavily in traffic on a WRX Sti...so you want to run 125HP up against 300...SMART!! I guess for the Toyota, it's "just the look man", but why make a fool of yourself? It's like a middle-aged man having a bad case of road-rage...in a Mini-Van!

And to think of those Camry's which get kinda wheezey after 100mph...God Bless em' for trying...

Hmm...sorry to break it to ya pal, but ANYTHING can be modified to beat almost ANYTHING! I've seen a turbo Matrix beat (pretty badly) a modified WRX STi.

Furthermore, one doesn't race solely because they think they can win. Some people simply want to see what their cars can do against an obviously faster vehicle. Some people just want to see certain cars in action. I have provoked Vipers, Busas, Supras, and many other cars that are much faster than my fairly stock 2007 Scion tC just to see those said cars hauling some tail.

I agree....there aren't too many cars that can keep up with an all-wheel drive, manual, turbo rocket like that. It's going to be my next purchase.
