The wedding is at 2 pm (reception at 5 pm) and in Texas, so it will be hot and possibly raining. The bride and groom are mexican-american catholic, with very traditional parents. What I have seen of the wedding plans so far have been VERY nice and the majority of the "non-family" guests are physicians. What would be appropriate to wear to this day wedding, that would be classy and carry over into the early evening?

Theres been alot of media about God and who or what created our planet and its beginnings etc... Do you think this whole concept of there being a God and that Jesus was his son and all the rest of it really are true? Science has never proven or disproven those facts...Certainly whatever the real truth is...we def. are not the same creatures today then what was on this earth thousands of years ago. My husband says that it is from concentrate (powder form), I say it is naturally brewed and not from a podwer.

We wrote to Snapple to ask this question, and they agreed with me........ He begs to differ still!!!!! Everytime we drink it, he brings it up, over and over.

The landlord knows of many "things" he has not fixed for two years now, he is now "mad" that I pointed out just one of many many things that have not been repaired since I let them know in writing several times and now more than two years later they still have not been fixed. The city inspectors didn't even LOOK in my bathroom where there is a mold problem from rotting wood under the sink. He has taken suttle actions in retaliation, not responding to complaints, basically says if you're not happy "move out"... is that a fair response to a repair request that still goes unresolved 2 years later? IF you dare ask for something to get fixed that should have been repaired before you moved in, than just move out?

My live-in girlfriend and I went to the animal shelter today to look at getting a dog. We originally planned on getting a puppy, but I saw a dog that had there that was 4 or 5 years old. It was a lab mix. He was neutered, healthy, loved attention and well behaved. Didn't bark or try to jump up. She doesn't want him because it's an older dog. My thinking is this: there were people looking through there all the time. The puppies have a far better chance of finding a good home. This dog was already neutered and mature. He may have been older but he had plenty of good times left in him and would make a fine house and camping dog. Not many people seemed too interested in him and were more focused on puppies. Am I being unfair in that I want this dog over the puppy?

I have them trained to do everything from playing dodgeball to dancing to rap music. You know where they just stand there with one arm in the air and sway like they like the music, but I can't find a way to get through to them not to run with scissors. So I was hoping that it is only a bad thing for kids and it is okay for monkeys to do it.

Remembering that the word hoax implies a deliberate falsehood -- Where and when did the "global warming hoax" begin? Did the world's climatologists, environmental scientists, environmental activists, liberal politicians, and other proponents of the man made global warming argument meet in some backroom somewhere and plan it all out?

Are these same scientists, politicians, and celebraties deliberatly surpressing research that counters man made global warming? Are the dozens of peer reviewed journals that publish global warming research in on this vast conspiracy?

How is the vast conspiracy maintained? Is such a hoax conspiracy likely?

Or is it more likely that dozens or hundreds of scientists with diverse backgrounds, working in various fields, came to similar conclusions?

Trials tears and tribualtions we have all had those in life and we contine to have them in life. We live in a culture tht if I has this I would be happy if I got that I would be happy how does one go about rejoicing and being exceedingly glad for trials and what is the best way to mature during the testings? I find that when I think about my own death or myself committing suicide, it has a calming effect and many times leaves me feeling content or even happy. Could this be caused by a chemical imbalance in my brain or is it normal to think and feel this way? Also, should I get help or try and ride this out. I have been like this for about 5 years and so far it has not affected me.
